  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

  • Payments for services are due at the time of the appointment.
