At GG Lash Co., our 1:1 luxury lash training is more than just learning how to lash. It’s about building strong foundations, refining your technique, and developing the confidence to work behind the chair with intention.
This training is delivered over two immersive, hands-on days, followed by a personalized follow-up fill appointment two weeks later. The structure is designed to support real learning, real retention, and real readiness for clients.

Day One — Foundations & Technique
Day one focuses on building strong, non-negotiable fundamentals. We’ll cover lash theory, natural lash health, sanitation, adhesive behavior, and retention principles. You’ll practice fan making, learn core mapping and styling concepts, and begin developing confidence with your tools and technique.Day Two — Live Model Application
On day two, you’ll complete a full set on a live model under where we’ll focus on posture, hand placement, isolation, lash direction, attachment, and creating balanced, cohesive sets so you leave feeling confident in your work.Follow-Up Fill Day — Refinement & Retention
Two weeks later, you’ll return with your model for a fill appointment. This allows you to gain real-world experience with retention, removals, outgrown lashes, and refinement, tying everything together and preparing you for real clients.This training is for the artist who’s ready to stop second-guessing and start working with clarity, confidence, and clean technique. If you value structure, mentorship, and learning the why behind what you do, this training was designed for you.

Foundations + Coaching includes everything in our Foundational Training, with the added layer of continued support as you begin implementing what you’ve learned.
This option is designed for artists who want guidance beyond the training days. Someone to troubleshoot with, ask questions, and lean on as confidence builds behind the chair. You’ll still receive the same immersive 2-day, 1:1 training and follow-up fill appointment, but with extended coaching to support your growth after you leave.

Mentorship is the highest level of training and support offered at GG Lash Co. This option includes everything in Foundational Training and Foundations + Coaching, with expanded in-person education, multiple live models, and extended mentorship beginning on day one.
This level is intentionally immersive and designed for artists who want full guidance in their technique, confidence, and business, with ongoing support as they grow.

Over three in-person training days, we’ll build on foundational lash theory, health, and retention while refining application, styling, direction, and consistency. You’ll complete two full sets on live models under my direct guidance, allowing for deeper correction, repetition, and confidence-building.Model Return Fills — Retention & Real-World Results
Two model return fills are built into this option so you gain hands-on experience with retention, removals, and refinement. These sessions are essential for understanding long-term results and managing real client expectations.Ongoing Mentorship
Mentorship includes two months of Voxer access beginning on day one. This support allows you to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and receive guidance as you implement what you’re learning in real time, both technically and professionally.
Business coaching is woven throughout and may include pricing strategy, client management, booking flow, and building systems that support growth.
